Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with order entry, including processing payments and ensuring accurate product selection
- Address customer complaints or concerns, striving for first-call resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents,
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks
-Basic plant knowledge would be helpful, but will train the right person
