Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments and providing change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, mechanical knowledge, tire service, automotive sales, service writing, oil change, and other related skills is a plus
