We are looking for a professional with a positive outlook, a willingness to learn new things, and outstanding customer service skills to join the team as a Member Service Representative (MSR) at our Girard office.

* Serves as the first point of contact for members of the electric cooperative and for customers of our wholly owned subsidiary, Heartland Propane.
* Strives to address each member's needs with care and efficiency, whether they call in by phone, write us an email, or visit our office.
* Maintains a good attitude, works to build strong knowledge of Heartland services, and follows established processes and policies with fidelity.
