*SUMMARY*
Responsible for learning to process ATM and debit card requests, maintain ATM/debit card system information, ATM reconciliation and cardholder fraud notification.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Learn the established procedures for the following functions:
* Maintain confidentiality of customer account information.
* Process ATM/debit card production requests, PIN changes, and card activations.
* Maintain ATM/debit card system information.
* Process reports from the fraud monitoring vendor and communicate data as required.
* Process counterfeit card lists and contact customers identified.
* Research and resolve ATM/debit card related issues.
* Reconciling the ATM network transactions to the general ledger.
* Communicate effectively with customer and Bank employees concerning information requests.
*NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
* Respond to overflow calls for Customer Service.

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus additional technology related training; possess a minimum of two to three years of professional work experience in a closely related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS*
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
*REASONING ABILITY*
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
*OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES*
Must have the ability to operate the following equipment: telephone, 10-key calculator, typewriter, personal computer and printer, copy machine, fax machine.
Must have working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs.
Basic PC knowledge.

Valid driver’s license.
