Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst SME to work remotely and provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
Work with Client Business Intelligence (BI) users to develop and publish reports, dashboards, operational, ad hoc reporting from conceptual and technical solution designs.
Analyze and model data for trends, provide insight and recommend actions based on analysis.
Work with the customer and team to capture business needs as user stories with acceptance criteria.
Facilitate and manage group story review session.
Support sprint team as needed to meet committed sprint goals.
Coordinate and report on project progress and accomplishments.
Assist in analysis and report of testing defects.
Write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business user.
Build and maintain BI reports and Dashboards to deliver critical information to business users.
Conduct technical fact-finding sessions with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and users to initiate and conduct analysis of reporting needs to meet product requirements.
Facilitate and participate in weekly and ad hoc customer status meetings; provide updates as needed.
Troubleshoot SQL and reporting issues when reporting and writing data from a data warehouse.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience 7 years of experience as a business intelligence analyst Experience in Agile environment Experience leading analysis activities of other BAs on a software development team Ability to cooperate with architects, developers, and data analysts to refine requirements Follows industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support deliverables Experience with Agile and the full lifecycle development process, including analysis, design, development, and testing Experience with relational databases and data warehouses SQL skills Preferred Qualifications: Enterprise Data Warehouse Design/Development/Administration experience Thorough understanding of enterprise SharePoint solutions, technical architecture, and workflows for updating modern technologies like Power Platform Design Site Taxonomy, Hierarchy, Security Models, and Site Architectures for new custom development and deployments Microsoft Power Platform Administration (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Strong Power BI Modeling/Development/Administration Microsoft Office BI Application Experience (Excel, Access, SharePoint, VBA, etc.
) Proficiency with Microsoft Technology Stack including MS SQL, Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Visual Studio, MS Azure, and Power App Experience working with large data warehouses and Logical Data Models Knowledge of various databases such as Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop Experience with Automated Acceptance Test Driven Development with tools such as Cucumber Security Clearance Requirements: DOD Secret Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations The projected compensation range for this position is $97,900-$163,800.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
