Weekends are mandatory!
As a line cook you will be responsible for preparing all items according to our recipes, specs, plate presentations, and standards, while maintaining a clean work area and always ensuring product quality.
Duties of this position will include set up of the line, cleaning of cooking equipment, managing flow of food orders, follow sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements of this position, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be able lift up to 50 pounds waist high, and stand for long periods of time.
Must have basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills, and the willingness to work as a team.
