Cleaning staff keep assigned locations, such as offices, factories, financial institutions, or medical buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written.
Also maintain a level of professionalism regarding punctuality, dependability, and communication.
Basic duties include:
* Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
* Take direction and respond to supervision.
* Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
* Present a professional appearance and conduct.
* Performs cleaning and sanitation of common areas
* Performs cleaning and sanitation of touch points, light switches, knobs, etc.
* Performs general cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms and breakrooms
* Performs general floor maintenance (i.

* Performs trash removal
* Maintains a neat and orderly janitors’ closet/area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
* Must pass a background check.
* Prolonged periods standing.
* Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
* Must have access to reliable transportation
