Environmental Services Director

```Duties``` - Perform environmental services and custodial duties in various settings, including commercial buildings, hospitals, and other facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, following established protocols and procedures.
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in environmental services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility cleaning protocols is a plus.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
