*Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:*
* *Treat our pets with the utmost respect and compassion and shower them with love and affection*
* *Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients*
* *Bathe and brush dogs and cats including cleaning ears, trimming nails, removing undercoats, expression of glands, and brushing teeth*
* *Follow bathing procedures set forth by the manager*
* *Visit with clients to learn what is needed and then meet their requests*
* *Patience to deal with any dog or cat who may be anxious or acting up and interact in a soothing and calm manner*
* *Cleaning and sanitizing facility daily including floors, kennels, bathtubs, and removing pet waste from outdoor areas*
* *Take care of boarding pets which includes feeding, taking out of play and potty breaks, sanitizing, freshening up pet areas, etc.

* *Filling in when needed to help answer phones, utilize business management software to check customers in/out, make notes, schedule appointments and assist with other duties as assigned*
* *Adhere to safety and quality standards*
* *Good grammar and communication skills*
* *This position requires standing and walking for long periods of time and carrying pets that could weigh over 50 pounds*
* *This position works every other weekend and on major holidays.
