Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team.
As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and organized environment for our guests.
This is a paid position, and previous experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including restrooms, lobby, and common areas
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, ironing and organizing linens
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash transactions
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to operate laundry equipment and perform basic laundry tasks
- Proficient in using a cash register or POS system
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
