*GENERAL SUMMARIES OF DUTIES**:*Line cooks are responsible for the preparation and execution of menu food items.

chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces) * Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff * Answer, report and fallow executive chef’s instructions * Clean up station and take care of leftover food * Stock inventory appropriately * Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion * Comply with sanitation and safety procedures * Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers *PREFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:* KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * 18 + years of age * Proof of eligibility to work in the United States * Ability to obtain a gaming license through Ottawa Gaming Commission * Must be able to obtain food handlers permit * Previous cooking experience preferred * Read and write effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
