To maintain the facility and grounds in a manner consistent with the requirements of the complex facility manager while meeting all local, state or federal requirements.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure cleanliness of offices and production areas: Maintains a clean work area following master sanitation schedule to ensure requirements are met in all offices, bathrooms, and break-rooms.
Meeting timelines and completing daily reports to verify completion.
Manage chemicals and cleaning supplies inventory: Monitor usage and cleaning supplies, while effectively communicating levels to manager to ensure no shortages.
Read and understand safety labels and preventative practices as well as precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances by following all established safety procedures including but not limited to Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP) guidelines to reduce manual handling risks.
Participates as a member of the Team.
Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B.

Physical Activities: Must be able to walk, stoop, sit, squat, climb ladders and stairs as well as lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs.
