Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our team.
As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.
You will develop and implement lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and provide guidance and support to students.
Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans - Create a positive and engaging learning environment - Provide instruction in various subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior - Implement strategies to support students with special needs or learning disabilities - Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity - Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as field trips, sports, or clubs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Valid teaching certification/license - Experience working with children in a preschool or school setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students of diverse backgrounds and abilities Skills: - Preschool education - Classroom management - Childcare experience - Experience working with children - Behavior management techniques - Knowledge of childhood development stages - Early childhood education principles - Special education strategies - Physical education instruction We offer competitive salary packages, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
