Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc.
(IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed.
We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas.
IBT is hiring a part-time, Behavioral Therapist/Direct Service Provider (DSP) this summer (2024) at our clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas.
DSPs work as part of a treatment team implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavior analytic framework.
Candidates must be enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
Minimum Qualifications
In addition to the requirements for each role listed above, applicants must:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid ID, have reliable transportation and maintain appropriate auto insurance (unless previously agreed upon)
Pass criminal background checks as required by each funding source.
Possess interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
Be willing to work on a flexible schedule: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, between 8am-8pm, and some weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with autism

Data collection
Engage in good communication skills
Employees must also achieve at least 80% accuracy on the initial IBT training within 14 days of employment.
Employees failing to achieve 80% accuracy will be placed on unpaid administrative leave until this outcome can be achieved.
