About the Position:
The incumbent in this position will serve as the shift timekeeper with the primary responsibilities to include coverage report at shift change by walking the units to ensure staff are on duty; taking call-ins and contacting staff to find coverage for staff shortages; maintaining employee attendance records; approving timesheets; assisting supervisor with scheduling; and other related timekeeper duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of two years of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

About us: The Oklahoma Forensic Center encompasses a secure inpatient forensic facility, forensic step-down unit Transitions Recovery Center and jail competency services for the State of Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) located in Vinita employs around 260 individuals and has approximately 216 consumers whom have been found incompetent for adjudication or adjudicated as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.
Transitions Recovery Center (TRC) also in Vinita, is a secure 52-bed forensic step-down unit.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY.
EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
