Category: Human Resources Department: Human Resources Description: Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant provides support to the HR Specialist and HR Director as needed including, but not limited to: Answering phones, greeting and providing assistance to all customers that need Human Resource services.
Processes and provides a variety of critical information for staff including applications, transfer sheets, enrollment forms, and other confidential forms.
Assists in scheduling appointments and interviews as needed Check new hire references Coordinate and schedule New Hire process Prepare hire and orientation packets as needed Coordinate orientation by managing scheduled speakers Build employee personnel and health files Ensure day to day filing and scanning is kept up.
Assist in completing and maintaining file audits Follow up with managers and employees on items missing from file Plan hospital events and morale boosters Book employee education reservations as needed Education Requirements: Previous experience working as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong customer service skills a must Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Closing: Open until filled
