ACCESS Family Care is seeking an experienced licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC) to provide school-based therapy services to students in grades K-12.
This is a full-time salaried position with a 9.
5-month work schedule that mirrors the public school calendar.

The provider in this position will perform the following duties:
· Work collaboratively with teachers, guidance counselors, and administrative staff.
· Assess the need for school-based mental health treatment of students’ emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
· Complete diagnostic intake assessments and develop treatment plans consistent with evidence-based practices.
· Provide mental health therapy and behavioral health services for students, designed to promote personal growth consistent with their individualized treatment plans.
· Educate students and their parents/guardians regarding their diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and therapeutic process.
· Identify, recommend, network with, and utilize community resources to facilitate the highest possible mental health functioning of all clients.
This position requires a Missouri license in good standing and a Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
LCSW or LPC is preferred.
LMSW or PLPC will also be considered.
This position will cover Neosho School District in Newton County Missouri.
Daily travel to area schools will be required.
Due to the nature of the position, remote work is not supported.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45,000.
