Contract Billing Analyst will be joining our Finance Ops team and will be responsible for supporting Contracts Billing compliance with best practices and industry standards.
In this role, you will review proposed contract, billing, and systematic changes, and analyze contract/billing needs.
Responsibilities will include maintaining production contract data for analysis and reporting findings to various levels of leadership.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using PeopleSoft FSCM and Excel regularly and comparing large data sets from multiple systems.
This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule at Jack Henry’s Monett, MO office location or the following office locations will be considered: Springfield, MO or Allen, TX.
If you are in/near Allen, TX, we have corporate flight shuttles you can take to travel conveniently between Allen and Monett / Springfield.
Based on your location, the hiring manager will provide you expectations and clarity as to when and what days you would be required to go into the office for onsite meetings, events, and training.
If you are interested in this position, please apply on or before April 30, 2024 This position will have a salary range of $37,000-$55,000 based on experience and location.
What you'll be responsible for: Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts business objectives.
Evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
production data for trend analysis and recommends process improvements.
Evaluate internal controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation of policies and procedures in order to adhere to company requirements.
Monitor contract and billing process changes and distributes necessary information to implement changes to various departments and internal policies.
Develop and maintain an organized, methodical documentation system for communicating, implementing, and managing new and existing contract and billing data.
Perform compliance reviews of various applications.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have: A minimum of 18 months of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
Experience with MS Excel in any of the following areas: pivot tables, manipulating macros and advanced formulas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in entering and reviewing contracts into PeopleSoft accounting software.
