Collections & Credit Origination Specialist Responsibilities:
Collections account management
Seek long-term resolution with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Attend training classes & meetings
Assist with credit origination (after training)
Hours for Collections & Credit Origination Specialist:
5-day work week
No Sundays
Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
40-45 hours per week
Collections & Credit Origination Specialist Requirements:
Collections or customer retention experience
Able to work onsite
Able to pass a background check
Able to work the listed hours
Good computer/keyboard skills
