This position is responsible for performing goods and products receiving duties, and all regular office and clerical duties assigned to the Accounting department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides receiving duties by processing goods/product invoices manually and entering data into the ERP system.
Contacts customers and vendors regarding their accounts by email or phone.
Processes customer email payment of invoices.
Audits drop ship AP invoice posting.
Assists other department team members as needed.
Supports Accounting department by providing other clerical and office tasks such as filing and mailing duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed.
Associate’s degree in Accounting or business-related field a plus.
2 years of office work experience, preferably in an accounting office setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Should have basic working knowledge of common accepted Accounting practices.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
Proficient in grammar and spelling areas.
Maintain an excellent attendance record.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Working Conditions:
Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending with long periods of sitting, viewing computer screens.
Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaces will also be present.
Subject to heat/cold conditions when traveling between buildings.
May be required to lift to 20 lbs.
