Work closely with the sales, marketing, and other finance teams around billing and rebate revenue activities
Responsible for adhoc revenue reporting and analysis along with approval of pricing requests
Perform implementation of price increases and analysis to discover price erosion
Strong ability to effectively problem solve and apply analytical skills to work through challenges
Translates data and insights into actionable and relevant recommendations for management by utilizing visualization and/or data analysis tools, presentations, and other means to effectively communicate clear and concise recommendations.
Ability to adapt thinking based on new points of view and/or changes in a fast-paced operating environment
Analyze and identify opportunities to enhance profit
Assess current processes and control environment for continuous improvements.
Assist or manage special projects
Collaborate with IT, driving automation of processes
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent is required
CPA is preferred
Experience with Pricing preferred
Hands on experience with SAP, Vistex and Salesforce is preferred.
Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
)
Knowledge of various reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects and WebFocus
Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to pricing activities both internally and externally
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Desire for continuous improvement of current processes, procedures, and documentation.
