Senior Accountant

*Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, reporting and analysis.
* * Reconcile balance sheet accounts and recommend necessary adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with U.
S.
GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, company policy, approval authority matrix and standard operating procedure.
* Support internal and external audit requirements.
* Ensure effective data security and controls within ERP, financial systems, and data flows.
* Other ad hoc requests as necessary.
*EXPERIENCE:* * Prior experience in a high-volume accounting environment (AR & AP emphasis a plus) within a matrixed organization.
* Working knowledge of ERPs required, specific experience with Oracle R12 preferred.
* An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (required) Job Type: Contract Salary: $30.
