Ensure the Success of the “Lions Forward” Fundraising Campaign (40%): Serve as the primary point of contact between the university and the institution’s fundraising campaign consultants, ensuring a positive, effective working relationship; Schedule the requested number of campaign cultivation and solicitation meetings for the university president and executive vice president, prepare proposals and presentations, and prep participants for donor visits; Track campaign prospects, maintain timelines for cultivation and solicitation, and document pipeline movement and task assignments for development staff and campaign volunteers; Run campaign reports (“Weekly Activity Report,” “20-3 Report,” etc.
), analyzing draft reports for errors or irregularities and working with university and consultant staff to reconcile reports; Organize and monitor all prospect and volunteer assignments; Maintain the campaign calendar to maximize cultivation activities; Coordinate follow-up correspondence, completion of contact reports in Raiser’s Edge, and task assignments; and Prepare agendas and materials for campaign committee meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes.
Coordinate Administrative Work for the Executive Vice President’s Office (40%): Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive Vice President’s Office and university administration, faculty, staff, Foundation board members, elected officials, community leaders, and others; Organize Missouri Southern Foundation board and committee meetings: arrange facilities and catering; issue invitations and track RSVP’s; coordinate speakers, parking, technology, set-up/tear-down; etc.
; and prepare meeting materials both paper and using the OnBoard online system; Manage the Executive Vice President’s calendar and email; schedule appointments; make travel arrangements; screen incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and meeting requests; prepare and reconcile expense reports; and maintain office supplies; and Manage the office’s operating budget, code expenses, and process invoices and expense reports.
Other Responsibilities (20%): Contribute to the overall success of the University and Foundation by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Vice President.
