The Territory Manager will call on and develop business relationships with heavy equipment owners in the agriculture, construction, governmental, fleet, and lending industries in and around Western Missouri.
He or she will inform the clients within their assigned territory of the equipment auction services Sexton Auctioneers provides and how they might utilize these services to sell or buy used equipment.

*Responsibilities*
* Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
* Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
* Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
* Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
* Present auction services to prospective customers
* Participate in industry or promotional events (e.
g.
trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
* Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
* Monitor competition within assigned region
* Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

* Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
