Retail Sales Associate/Cashier

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves - Meet sales goals and targets set by management - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Process customer returns and exchanges Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist diverse customer base - Experience with jewelry sales, wireless sales, or other specialized retail areas is a plus - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
