$500 / 2br - NEED A ROOM MATE NEOSHO MO (Neosho)

Hello I have a nice 2bedroom townhouse in Neosho MO south of Walmart.
It is an upstairs downstairs with a laundry room a bathroom a kitchen an living room down stairs.
I was thinking I would have my at the time boyfriend helping me with rent but that didn't work out.
Rent is $1000 a month deposit was $1000 so really really hate to lose the place it's very nice.
Room would be unfurnished all wood flooring, granite counter tops.
I am not home often and pretty chill and to myself, 34 yr old white female.
The roommate would be responsible for 500$ rent and a $200 deposit that can be given back when you decide to leave.
