Looking for a unfurnished bedroom (I have my own furniture) for rent.
Preferably unfurnished because its a pain to sell stuff or put in storage.
Preferably with own bathroom but this is not a deal breaker.
I work full time and then some, just looking to save money on the ridiculous rental price crisis (thanks Sleepy Joe!).
I have no pets (I don't care if you do so long as they are clean/well cared for and trained), non-smoker, drug free, drama free, clean.
Preferably a home with no babies/young children and is a female run home that is 35+.
I can pass background check and can give references if wanted, and I expect the person or persons renting room out to pass a background check as I will conduct one.
Not interested in renting a room with people in home who have criminal records or PFAs against them (I don't care about traffic tickets that happens to everyone lol).
So if this applies to you don't waste either of our time.
I am a very clean person, so home must be the same, I clean after myself and will help keep the home clean.

So if it has plates of old food, pizza boxes, multiple drink cups all over house, pets aren't taken care of, etc, hoarding situation, etc, then I will not be interested.
