Looking for a unfurnished bedroom (I have my own furniture) for rent.
Preferably with own bathroom but not a deal breaker.
I work full time and then some, just looking to save money on the ridiculous rental price crisis (thanks Sleepy Joe!).
I have no pets (I don't care if you do so long as they are clean/well cared for and trained), non-smoker, drug free, drama free, clean.
Preferably a female run home that is 35+.
I can pass background check and can give references if wanted, and I expect the person or persons renting room out to pass a background check as I will conduct one.
Not interested in renting a room with people in home who have criminal records or PFAs against them.
So if this applies to you don't waste either of our time.
I am a very clean person, so home must be the same, I clean after myself, but won't be someone elses maid/mother.
So if it has plates of old food, pizza boxes, multiple drink cups all over house, pets aren't taken care of, etc, hoarding situation, etc, then I will not be
interested.
Preferably looking in Joplin but would consider surrounding areas.
Yes, if you are 2 hours away, that is too far.
