`As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our maintenance staff, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, ordering necessary supplies, checking on the progress of units, and overseeing rotation schedules.
This position includes federal holidays off and sick time, as well as paid time off starting at an hourly wage between $42,000-$50,000 (depending on experience).
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising maintenance staff, overseeing inventory and ordering processes, and working with contractors.
Additionally, candidates should have a strong understanding of the maintenance and repair challenges associated with public housing units.
