Management Trainee

Missouri Metal Recycling is looking for a Manager Trainee to help maintain our current work force, oversee operations in meeting daily and monthly production goals.
Ensure standard operation procedures are being followed correctly and safely.
Candidate will rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies and staff duties.
During trainee period, you will learn to identify all Ferrous and non-ferrous material and become well versed on the operation of a Scrap Recycling Center while supporting our management team as needed.
Candidate's salary will start at $60,000.
00 a year.
Salary can be adjusted if Candidate has prior Scrap Recycling Center Management experience.
