Restaurant Manager

Job Description (Daily tasks and formal activities): • Hire, train and supervise Otter Cove employees • Schedule employee hours to ensure appropriate staffing levels • Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain relevant records • Respond efficiently, accurately and diplomatically to customer needs • Track inventory, forecast needs and oversee ordering as necessary • Adhere to and enforce compliance with policies and standards • Report on financial performance, inventory and personnel appraisals Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in the food and beverage industry • Obtain and maintain food handler certification • Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed • Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with a budget • High School diploma or equivalent required Indian and Tribal preference will be followed in hiring as allowed by law.
